In cases where the rod is long, supports that resemble the design and texture of brackets are also used. Often, decorative heads are also fitted on the brackets and supports. The process of hanging a curtain rod is extremely easy and straightforward.
When you need a solution for adding curtains to curved windows or any sections of your home, bendable drapery rods remain the ultimate pick. Bendable rods are flexible and help add curtains to spaces where straight rods are of no use. The flexibility of these rods and track helps you adjust the piece according to the shape of window frame.
Hanging the Drapes Make sure you have the rings, hooks, or any other pins required to hang the drapes. Lay the drapes on a clean flat surface and insert the hooks in the loops of the fabric. Remove the rod from the walls, and add the other side of the hooks on the rod. Make sure you have the right side of the drapes showing, otherwise you'll realize that you put them on backwards after you're done. Carefully place the rod back and draw the drapes.
Black voiles are under-rated classics. Those attractive sensuous voiles create the perfect ambiance in every decor. If you are still employing the out dated normal jardinere curtains, then it is time to change them. Voiles are constructed from a see through polyester fabric providing sufficient privacy and excellent light control. Use a black voile for example with your main black curtain to create a boudoir that'd be the envy of your friends. Voiles are obtainable in rod pocket heading, tab top heading and eyelet heading. We also have a few black red eyelet voiles (I really suggest these for a contemporary home).
